I had a feeling the gamification piece might resonate - there's something very motivating about seeing that progress stack up.
Really glad you gave AMA a proper test run too. When it starts suggesting structured steps (and even things like how to approach the analysis), that's when it gets interesting.
On your point about having something similar directly inside Genesys Cloud - that's actually very much the direction with Genesys Cloud Copilot. It's currently in Limited Availability and is designed to guide admins and supervisors through tasks in-context, rather than having to jump between tabs or external tools.
There's a great Ask the Expert thread that walks through this feature - definitely worth a look if that embedded-assistant idea excites you.

Hey Josh,
Since Orchestrators release, I've been enjoying checking out all of the aspects of it. Have to say though, I'm a bit of a sucker when it comes to gamification. Being rewarded for learning more about the platform is great.
I've not played around the AMA feature and I thought I'd try stump it with some questions and I'm impressed. It actually gave me some decent information and it even can provide steps in completing a task. I was asking it a WEM question and it even went beyond to mentioning Excel and what sort of tables/filters I should use for my analysis.
Now something like this inside of Genesys Cloud would be amazing. Supervisors or Admins could essentially ask anything(within reason) and Genesys could guide you through achieving what you want. Currently I like to use MS Copilot for this same purpose, but going forward I might use this some more. Good call out on the feature.
I too like the revamped Education section to Orchestrators where you can get relevant learning modules/resources based on your role. Another feature I like is the Capability Accelerator. It helps those interested in a Genesys feature understand how it can be enabled from start to finish and things to consider in that process. Like a lot of things, it's not just a simple case of turning it on, there's a lot to understand and consider before diving in so you get the most of the feature.
Looking forward to more content in the portal.

Hi Josh,
Great question. For me, one of the things that surprised me most was how useful the learning paths and curated resources are once you start exploring them more deeply.
Initially, I thought the portal would mainly be a place to track badges and certifications, but it actually became a really helpful way to discover new capabilities across Genesys Cloud CX that I hadn't looked into before.
The AMA feature is also a great addition it makes the portal feel more interactive rather than just a static learning site.

Hi everyone
I'm curious - what surprised you most when you first started using the Genesys Orchestrators portal?
For me, it was the Ask Me Anything feature.
I initially thought of the portal mainly as a learning and enablement hub - training paths, certifications, curated resources, etc. What I didn't expect was how practical and responsive the AMA feature could be for real-world questions.
Being able to quickly ask a question and get routed in the right direction (instead of navigating multiple pages or guessing where to go) was a genuine "aha" moment for me. It shifted how I think about the portal - not just as a content library, but as an interactive support layer within the ecosystem.
It made me wonder:
What caught you off guard (in a good way)?
Was there a feature you didn't realize existed at first?
Something you now use regularly that you initially overlooked?
Sometimes the most valuable capabilities are the ones we discover by accident.
Would love to hear your experiences and insights.
