  • 1.  Hide Outgoing Cli for specfic queues

    Hi

    I would like to know if it is possible to have purecloud outgoing calls CLi hidden for specific calls and queues.

    Example :

    Standard outbound calls - cli hidden

    Outgoing calls made on behalf of queue :

    Queues :  Sales -  must show the sales cli number

                 : Technical -  - must show the technical cli number

                  : Admin queue - hidden cli

                  :  HR Queue - Hidden cli

    Hi Mohammed,

     This may be possible for your telecoms provider to arrange for you - if you're making calls from a specific geographic number they should be able to hide the number from being sent at the network level.

     Alternatively - have you tried removing the caller ID from the campaign configuration and testing to see what is or isn't displayed?
