I have a customer that wants to do screen recording and realizes they are required to use the PureCloud Desktop App. But they really don't want their agents to know its there. They are going to be using the Salesforce embedded client. They are asking me if the Desktop App can load automatically, be hidden, and not be able to be closed by the agents. I think they are concerned once agents realize they are being screen recorded, they will try find how to close that.
I know in Preferences > General you can check the box that will "Launch application on startup". But does anyone know of a way to hide the application, and/force it to keep running or prevent users from closing the app? Are there any command line switches we can use, something like we had with CIC/PureConnect Desktop?
