Hi community,
We are currently having some issues with the performance in one of our integrations with Salesforce. The point is, we have developed a custom solution for Salesforce so the agent could define the wrap-up codes from a script.

The main problem is that if the call ends before the agent has completed the script, the pop-up for the standard wrap-up code selection will appear in the ACW, causing that they have two diferent pop-ups in the same screen that basically cover the same function.

There is a way to hide the standard pop-up so the agent only sees the custom script? We have tried with removing/changing agents permisions with the visibility for wrap-up/queues but nothing feels to fit the requirements.
