  • 1.  Hiding queues while allowing of behalf queue

    Dears,

    I am hiding queues searches to all agents in order to prevent transfer incoming calls to other queues.

    However, the new issue now is that some agents (not all) need to work on both (inbound/outbound) calls and start outbound by on behalf queue.

    Now here I am facing conflict with some agents since the search queue feature cannot be used with on behalf queue.

    Any suggestions? Or workaround to hide queues with inbound (to prevent transfer) while it is allowed with on behalf queue?

    Hopefully there is a solution.

    I am looking for this same thing!
    We have queues that we dont want agents to transfer to, and want to ONLY display the correct queues for transferring 

    In pureconnect, it was set by user profile/role -  which queues/ attendant profiles can the agent see

    watching this thread with anticipation...
