    Hi, I am struggling to understand how large historical data is made available to the End Customers , can someone explain this ?

    Hello Ali,

    Have you tried creating exports of the data? You can find more info on how to export your data as CSV or PDF in this Resource Center article.

    Thanks Jason, There would be time limit on data availability on Reporting UI , is it 1 year or more ?

    Hello Ali,

    That depends on what you are looking for. There is a setting in Genesys Cloud to delete the data after a set amount of time. You can read more about our data retention policy in the following Resource Center article: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/retention-period-for-analytics-data-and-recording/
