Good Day Dave
This is noted, thanks for the clarification. I was not able to find something on resource center or on the ideas portal that would address this issue.
Not sure if someone in the community is aware of a solution or workaround. I would recommend creating this on the Ideas portal.

Subject: Historical station/phone usage?
In our case, a whole group of devices will have the same ANI and DNIS. They're all answering out of the same queue(s). We would like to be able to report actual usage numbers of each specific device. Based on spot checks and what we know about their call volume, we're pretty sure there are devices in that office not being used. We'd just like some hard data to back us up on exactly which devices are/aren't being used. ...or aren't be used to their potential. They'll say "Yeah, we use that phone" when they use it once every day or two.

Not sure if this might provide you with the required info. Have you tried to filter on ANI/DNIS in the interactions workspace to see if any calls were made to or from that device? You can also try the DNIS performance view.
Not aware of any other available option to achieve this, perhaps someone else in the community might have an idea.

I'm looking for a way to tell if or how often phones are used. We'd like to be able to show departments that they have Polycoms that nobody has associated to in x days, for instance, to prove that they don't really need that device there. Is there any way to report on that?
Is it in the conversation data anywhere? Could I mine that to see which stations were used in which conversations? I pulled out the conversation detail through an API and looked through it. If it's in there, it's not obvious. Any ideas?
