Ho w can two people from the same company receive the release notes??? I was receiving them until one of my colleagues signed to receive them as well. I stopped receiving them.I opened a ticket. They said they cannot help me and to post my problem here.

    Hello Sophie, I will look into this and get cleared up as soon as possible. Can you please provide me with the email addresses for you and your colleague? We need the email addresses to track it down. Thanks!

    sophie.verrette@groupelacasse.com (did receive but no longer does since colleague does)

    marco.choiniere@groupelacasse.com (now receiving them after not receiving even though signed up multiple times)

    Hello again Sophie. The issue is resolved. Both of you should receive PureCloud Release Notes email notifications starting next Wednesday and going forward.
