    Does PureCloud offer more than one choice of hold music? We would like to change the music but can't work out how. Please help!!!

    Hi Ann,

    There is only one generic hold music prompt on the system but you can change it :-)

    The music while waiting in queue, yes (in the In-Queue Call flow).

    System hold music (which plays when someone places a call on hold), no.

    Can we play system hold music using expression for specific time like 30 sec or 45 sec?

    I know i can use in expression Flow.HoldPrompt but looking for time param. is there any builtin function ?

    No but you can use the Hold Music action; it has an option to play for a duration.

    I know but i have requirment i have to play 30 sec music then custom qmsg 30 sec music then another qmsg i have to add alot of hold music action i have 6 different cusotm message to play

    You can use the Hold Music action multiple times.  It defaults to Flow.HoldMusic but you can choose a different prompt instead.

    i know but porblem is i dont want to use multiple hold prompt action it makes my code more lengthy i just want any way to play hold prompt in my expression with other messages?

    Then record exactly 30 second prompts.  There is no expression to play a prompt for a specific duration.
