We have a couple of items on the roadmap that might help with this:
- 15 Minute Time Off Limits
- Admins will be able to set specific Time Off Limits for times of day each day.
- Rather than having a pot of 48 hours, the admin could configure something like:
- 2 staff limit 7:00 - 9:00
- 4 staff limit 9:00 -11:00
- 6 staff limit 11:00 - 15:00
- 4 staff limit 15:00 - 17:00
- 2 staff limit 17:00 - 19:00
- Colour-coded/highlighted statistics within the Schedule Editor view
- This will help admins spot under and over-staffed periods more easily and visually.

Do we have any plans to incorporate an automated staffing check option for holiday rather than just an allocated pots of hours/time off group please?
So basically something where if at an intraday staffing level once the leave is applied it does not drop the staffing to a certain level it can be approved which is configured by an administrator.
