You can simply set the open time in your Holiday schedule to reflect the time that you want to operate. However, if the actual call flow identifies holiday and would route customers to VM, this has to be reconfigured via architect in PureCloud admin page to bypass the call flow.

If during the holiday period you want to open your office for certain hours on any given day example from 10 to 1 would you just create and open and close schedule .?
