    What happens to our calls if we start to see disruption of Internet service within our company? How are the calls handled from that point?

    PureCloud Voice currently is a 100% internet only telephony solution.  We recommend the best practice of having diverse internet connections to account for internet/provider failures.  Additionally, in case of internet failures, inbound calls can be forwarded to other numbers backed by traditional (TDM/POTS) telephony or mobile phones.
