Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi

I would like to ask if all recordings in Genesys Cloud are automatically encrypted, or if not, where can I indicate that they should be encrypted.

In Inin (Pure connect) this was done through recording policies in which recordings from certain queues were encrypted and we want to replicate this in Genesys Cloud

Hello Ana,

All recordings are encrypted, as default using Genesys Cloud managed keys.

You can change this to use AWS KMS or Local Key Management instead, although the later requires some development to host the key storage at your desired location.
