  • 1.  How can I access the Storage Calcluator?

    I'm trying to better understand storage usage as we plan to enable Historical Execution for Architect Replay. I reviewed the article About Data Storage for Genesys Cloud - Genesys Cloud Resource Center in the Genesys Cloud Resource Center, but when I click on the Storage Calculator link, it doesn't seem to load/work

    You need to expand the calculator section by clicking the plus icon below;
