we are transferring inbound flow to digital bot flow but how can we pass information we have captured in "inbound flow" to "digital bot flow"?

I assume.you are talking about the Inbound Messaging flow passing to the digital bot flow.  In the bot flow, you need to define which variables are for Input.  These will appear in the tool in the messaging flow.

In my bot I use an update data action

Value is expression set to the name

Click on the variable name, to open the edit variable 

Set to input to flow

Save

Publish

In your inbound flow you will then have those as input variables:

Note: Bot Input Text and Slots are inputs by default as well
