  • 1.  How can I prevent multiple agents from making outbound calls to the same phone number at the same time?

    Sometimes, multiple agents end up initiating click-to-dial calls to the same customer at the same time.

    Is there a way to prevent simultaneous outbound calls to the same phone number?

    Hi Seungjae,

    There isn't anything that stops multiple agents specifically dialing the same number.  You could possibly us a preview campaign to assign the interactions to the agents so they don't choose the same contacts?
