    I have almost 2k points in my Journey Orchestrations wallet, how I can use these points for education purpose.

    You can redeem your Journey Orchestration points for the Genesys Cloud Learning Subscription.
     
    Genesys Cloud Learning Subscription provides:
     
    Access to all existing Genesys Cloud training content
    Access to any new training released during the active subscription period
    Certification exam vouchers for Genesys Cloud certifications
     
    The learning subscription is:
     
    An individual subscription
    Valid for one year
    Includes all training content and certification exams available during that period
     
    If you have around 2,000 points, you can use those points toward purchasing the learning subscription for education and certification purposes.

    Important Note:  **Rewards are currently available to Genesys customers only. Employees and partners are not eligible for point redemption at this time.
