  • 1.  How can we affect the urgency for "PURE-975" (live view of longest call hold time)

    Always found it odd that the most important metric was missing and that it hasn't been added yet since it seems like such an easy thing to add.  How can we affect the priority to get this added ?  Thank you in advance!

    Most folks open a support case to get added to the issue in Jira to denote their need/interest. There is probably an entry on the Ideas site as well.

    Right now that feature is blocked by some underlying work that needs to be done.

    ok! Can we fix that title of that 'idea' so that more people might know that is about a "live view to see longest call holding in queue"  Or should I start a new one ?
