    Hello Team,

     I am looking for a way to attach the email message ID to outbound Reply email sent by customer. How can we do it, Or can we do it using Scripts?

    Hi,

    As I understand you want to attach Email Conversation Id to the reply email message body.
    You can implement script to show conversation Id, so agent will be able to copy it from there and past to the reply email message.
