I have some campaigns that have to be created from Salesforce in Genesys Cloud.
They are campaigns that have to have a filter indicating that if a date field in the contact list is older than the current date, that field should not be called.
From Salesforce I don't see a way to make the filter apply to the contact list.
How could I do this?
Could I create the campaign from Salesforce in Gensys Cloud and then apply the filter from Genesys Cloud? Would this be the only solution or would it not be advisable to apply configuration from Genesys Cloud to a campaign created from Salesforce?
