I have an after hours call flow in which I direct incoming calls directly to a Queue voice mail box. Normally, this works well, however I've noticed a few VERY login calls, like 10-12 hours long, and as I look into it more, i realize that once the voice mail picks up it takes hours to time out. Once it does time out it says "You have reached the max message length" and then disconnects the call.
How do I alter that timeout settings? Seriously, no one needs 12 hours to leave a voice mail. And just fyi, the calls in which this has happened are all fax machines.
