  • 1.  How do I look up an interaction with a conversation ID?

    One of my supervisor agents sent me just a conversation ID saying I needed to view the associated email.  How do I do that?  I've only ever sent the conversation ID to support in a ticket, never used it myself.  I looked in the resource center and at various topics here and can't find it.

    Hi Lindsay,

     

    I think that you can just put the conversation ID in the URL in the web app to go straight to it: 

     

    https://apps.mypurecloud.com/directory/#/engage/admin/interactions/CONVERSATIONIDHERE

     

    For example, 

    https://appsmypurecloud.com/directory/#/engage/admin/interactions/a658968b-321c-4043-bcef-95b5a6ac78c7

     

    As far as I know, there isn't a way to search by conversation ID through the UI. Hopefully someone will correct me if I'm wrong!

    Thanks!  That worked.  I tried it earlier, but it didn't work.  I must have done something wrong with the URL.
