    If you are a designated contact you can contact technical support. Here's an article breaking it down...

    From PureCloud, click the Help icon in the bottom left hand corner and then click the Contact Support option. From here you can search the Resource Center for answers or submit the Get Help form.

    Adding a little more info onto what Clay said...users can click the Contact Support option to contact their internal support desk email distribution list (specified under Admin>Organization Settings>Settings>Issue Distribution List), and then the Designated Contact can get in touch with PureCloud Support per the instructions in the linked Resource Center article.
