    Are there 3rd party products PureCloud integrates to for dashboards?

    Do you mean displays of contact center statistics like this?If so, depending on the statistics and other information that a customer/prospect chooses to display they can leverage PureCloud's Analytics API.   Complete API documentation, tutorials, open source code and examples can be found at this link: https://developer.mypurecloud.com.  As per the pic above 3rd party vendors/partners like eMite and Avtex also have their own PureCloud integrated dashboard offering.  You may want to check out the video at this link: https://emite.com/inin/

    Also tagging @Rebecca Gibson, she has a project working on enhancing our existing PureCloud dashboards and also has a few mock ups.
