How does the old division view historical data when agents move to a different division or leaves?

    Hello,

    We have an agent who recently transferred from one division to another. As a result, the original division no longer has access to the agent's historical data.

    Could you please advise on any alternative methods for retrieving historical data, aside from running reports prior to the agent's transition?

    Hi Stacy, 

    Now, the division will only be granted upon permission (even if temporarily).
