    Hi All

    I am facing issue with chat icon, I did the integration of Genesys Cloud and sharepoint using modern script editor, But microsoft updated the security policy and blocked all script editor and due to that Chat Icon is disappeared.

    Need help to integrate the Microsoft SharePoint with Genesys Chatbot, So can see the chat icon again

    Please let us know if you have any other option to do and get chat the icon back in sharePoint

    Hi Shubham,

    We have a customer that is impacted by this as well and had opened a ticket with Genesys on it.  They are aware that this change in behaviour has impacted their chatbot.  There is an idea in the ideas lab regarding the issue and is curently under 'future enhancement'.  [Web Messenger] Utilize nonce attribute | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal.  You may vote for it to give it more visibility.

    At this time, I am unaware of any permanent fix.
