  • 1.  How i could connect contacts from google using a external sources

    Hi i have set a new external sources like this:

    the contacts are accesible using https;//contacts.google.com/useremailaddress

    like profile URL i have in blank , but i dont know how connect or how i could resolve contacts in genesys using this external sources, could someone help me, is it necesary use the Google data action integration?

    all help is welcome, thanks in advance.

    How are you wanting to use these contacts in Genesys Cloud? 

    As records in the Contact List for an Outbound campaign?

    Hi , they need do calls beetween members in difirent regions , they have a lot of divisions in genesys and they have google in other countries and need make call to other collegues using the Genesys contacs. For this reason we need to sincronice o collect the users from google to genesys.

    Normally you would write an app which pulls the contacts from Google then adds them to a Contact List using the Outbound APIs.

    You might post in the new Developer community to get more advice.
