Can someone please explain in general how setting up a incoming long code SMS works? I searched the Resource Center and did not find a comprehensive guideline on this subject. Messaging overview article talks about setting up messaging not SMS specifically.
- What does the carrier send to Genesys after the long code is provisioned?
- How would you test the incoming SMS if the number is not available atm?
