How is the pricing of Genesys Cloud integration with Salesforce using Salesforce Connector in AppFoundry? Is it # of agents based, monthly charge or one-time cost? Thank you!

    How is the pricing of Genesys Cloud integration with Salesforce using Salesforce Connector in AppFoundry? Preparing pricing for Genesys Cloud for a client's RFP of CCaaS solution, and need help.

    Is it # of agents based, monthly charge or one-time cost? Any tech documentation of this integration?

    The Genesys Cloud for Salesforce integration is an add-on license to the base Genesys Cloud seat, which generally follows the base seat (e.g. named, concurrent, committed, overage, etc.).  It is a per user, per month cost, that varies based on the buying method (but again, generally follows the base seat pricing so there is consistency between the two).

    All of the documentation for the integration can be found in the Genesys Cloud resource center (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-genesys-cloud-for-salesforce/) which is linked from the AppFoundry listing.
