    If I need to run a report on historical performance, how far back in time can I reference?

    Unlike legacy systems, I believe PureCloud does not purge reporting data and will keep it for ever (as long as customer is on PureCloud).  Data may be moved to archive storage (Glacier in AWS) based on policies.  Customers are able to identify when they would like their active data to be archived.  I would defer to reporting guru @Rebecca Gibson to verify.
