  • 1.  How long is the call history kept

    If I check in my call history is still see calls from the beginning of 2016 , I could not find a document in the resource center with these kind of (product) limits. Has anyone found this ?

    Hi John,

     

    I asked around a bit and learned a couple of things.

     

    1. At the moment (no guarantees that this is the way it will always be), we keep the history indefinitely. I'm not sure what future plans for data retention might me.
    2. The call history widget will continuously ask for the next 30-days when you click on "More history." Each click should present you with 30 more days.
