    How long is time between leaving one queue and going to another? 

    From trying calling, when the first call left the queue, there was a moment when the sound went quiet. Then slowly return to holding music.

    Flow_IV_Inhouse_In-Queue_Agentgroup => Flow_IV_Inhouse_In-Queue_Supervisor => Flow_IV_Inhouse_In-Queue_Inboundgroup

    You might be seeing some default delays in default settings.  Try removing them:  Also, check the Initial greeting that is nothing more than 100 ms blank audio.
