  • 1.  How often do campaign dashboards refresh?

    Hi! Using this Campaign Overview dashboard to track campaign performance, but unable to see how often this refreshes, or what time frame it's looking at. 

    For example, the image below shows an 8.75% abandon rate, and adjusted calls/agent at 4 (our max setting). 

    Questions:
    1. How often is compliance abandon rate updated? What timeframe does it look at?
    2. How does PureCloud use compliance abandon rate to adjust calls/agent? Do they use the metric shown, or some smaller interval? (last 30 min)
