Thanks, Cameron. I'm trying to request a number for Ireland. It doesn't give me any options for toll-free numbers, and if I choose a DID number, it's asking for a location in this drop-down, but if I add our US address, it's not showing up to choose, I assume because this wants a location in Ireland. How do I get around this?

Subject: How to add phone numbers for countries where we do not have an office
Hello Shannon,
I believe there are a couple of ways to accomplish this. The first being with international toll-free numbers. These numbers dont require a physical address for activation. Though each may come with different regulatory requirements and restrictions.
The second way is with DID numbers with international address. You can request DID numbers through GCV support even if you dont have a local physical presence. These numbers may come with some service restrictions depending on the country and the process and requirements vary by country.
I would also take a look at the below documentation as well.

Hope this helps!

My company has clients in countries in Europe that we do not have a physical office in. We need to have a phone number in those countries so our clients can reach our customer support line, but when I try to add one, it is requiring me to add a location. How can we get phone numbers for our international clients to call?
