  • 1.  How to add the 195xxxx translation numbers in Gen Cloud DID table?

    We have some international calls that are coming in from an international carrier and I need to assign them to call flows. I was told that I needed to add the translations (195xxxx) to the DID range. How is this done?

    Hey Curtis,

    You can add the number ranges to your DID numbers by doing the following 

    1. Click Admin.
    2. Under Telephony, click DID Numbers.
    3. Click the DID Ranges tab.

    From there you can add the start and end range for the numbers that you would like to add.
