  • 1.  How to Allocate Billing Costs in Genesys

    Hi everyone,

    How are you handling the billing aspect in Genesys Cloud? In the Subscription tab, I'm not able to filter by division or cost center.

    Considering a client with multiple operations within the same organization, how are you allocating and separating costs accurately?

    Hi Victor

    Hourly usage will not actually show this breakdown by segment of division, but it will by user.

    When downloading the reports, there is a column breakdown by division.

    Hi Victor,

    under Account -> Subscription is a tab "download usage report". There you can select a date range and the fitting kind of report. Divisions are listed there. In case you want to part the costs of Genesys Cloud Voice into divisions, too, thats a bit mor complicated. Let me know, if this is the case.
