    The use case is as follows:

    • There are several External Contacts with the same phone number and email address.
    • Each of the identical External Contacts belongs to a different External Organization
    • Customers from each External Organization call in on a different number
    • We would like to set the External Organization in the Architect flow depending on the number called.
    • We would then like only the contacts from within that organization to be shown/matched in Interaction History when the interaction reaches an agent.

    Has anyone managed to achieve this?
