The use case is as follows:
- There are several External Contacts with the same phone number and email address.
- Each of the identical External Contacts belongs to a different External Organization
- Customers from each External Organization call in on a different number
- We would like to set the External Organization in the Architect flow depending on the number called.
- We would then like only the contacts from within that organization to be shown/matched in Interaction History when the interaction reaches an agent.
Has anyone managed to achieve this?
