    Is there any way to return busy, when I'm on a connected call and receives a new call on the extension? The two calls is a non-acd type.

    Yes! If you set your status to Busy or Meeting, new calls should automatically go to voicemail and not bother you: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/presence-status-and-activity-indicators/
