  • 1.  How to calculate the estimated screen recording storage?

    I'm trying to estimate how much storage screen recording will require for approximately 400 users. The storage calculator includes a section for screen recording,  if you haven't enabled screen recording yet how are you filling out the form?

    Hello Jean,

    I believe you would just need to enter an estimate for each of those. By default, when screen recording is enabled, it will record during the agent's handle time but you can make policies to start and stop or extend screen recordings. I would recommend using your average number of interactions handled, average monitors per agent, and average handle time.

    Is this correct according to the Fair use policy , you only get that amount of storage per month depending on the type of license? Is that combined voice, digital and screen?
