    Hey,

I have a problem. I am trying to catch an event to offer content to a visitor on the site (using Predictive Engagement). Using https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/messengersdk/SDKCommandsEvents/journeyPlugin#journey-qualifiedcontentoffer I am able to get into the event qualifiedContentOffer but problem is that not every qualified will be offered. Is there any way I can get such an event?

There are some limits to offers, in order to avoid duplicates within same session. Can you elaborate more on why your use-case may require a different behavior?

Sure, In simple words, if contentOffer was shown to the visitor I need to call the code that will call an additional popup on my page.

The whole scenario is a bit more complicated because I'm using ContentOffer as a mock for lack of ability to call JS code directly from PE. I have a widget that allows me to order the Callback and start the FB/WhatsApp interaction. I would like the logic for showing this widget to be controlled by PE based on defined segments, outcoms, etc. Unless it can be done more simply?

We have future plans to expand on customizable offers, driven by Admin's configuration. For now, could you not leverage Messenger's Journey-plugin qualified events, and add the necessary JS code on the page? https://developer.genesys.cloud/commdigital/digital/webmessaging/messengersdk/SDKCommandsEvents/journeyPlugin Unclear if you are limited by frequency of offers, or by lack of custom offer.
