I do not see any instructions from the Resource link on how to change the greeting for a group VM. 

I checked the group profile and it has no audio set, however, when I send a test call I hear a greeting.

FYI the link you found was for Genesys Multicloud CX, not Genesys Cloud.  Your screenshot is for Genesys Cloud.

I figured out what was the greeting. It is the default vm inbox greeting and therefore no audio uploaded for that group VM inbox. Thank you for your help.
