There are two parts to the answer.
1. Set the
Calling Party Number field on the Queue. This number should be used as the CLI when calls are placed outbound on behalf of the queue.

In the Calling Party Number box, type the alphanumeric combination you want to display for the call recipient.
Note: PureCloud validates the number you enter here to ensure that it follows the
E.164 number format. The country defaults to the organization's selected language."
2. Train the agents to place outbound calls on behalf of the appropriate queue:
