  • 1.  How to change outgoing CLI number for user in PureCloud ?

    Hi all,

    Customer want to force CLI outgoing number display for an agent in PureCloud when he try to initiate outgoing call, they want the same number configured for incoming call to the queue that this agent belong to

    is this possible ?

    There are two parts to the answer. 

    1. Set the Calling Party Number field on the Queue. This number should be used as the CLI when calls are placed outbound on behalf of the queue.

    "In the Calling Party Number box, type the alphanumeric combination you want to display for the call recipient.
    Note: PureCloud validates the number you enter here to ensure that it follows the E.164 number format. The country defaults to the organization's selected language."
    2. Train the agents to place outbound calls on behalf of the appropriate queue:

    Dear All

    I try to put a number from our range of the E1 line to be the display to the customer in the Calling Party Number on the queue and nothing happens

    Please I want you advice 

    what we need is to make one queue make outbound calls with a specific number and other queue make outbound calls with another specific number.
    is it doable in <g class="gr_ gr_341 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="341" data-gr-id="341">Purecloud</g> or not?
