I like the option, on the side, i.e. last 30 days, last month, etc. Also, when I need a report from 3 days ago, I go to yesterday and use the arrows to go back 3 days, much easier than playing around with the dates.

It's true that the old reports function let you pull larger date ranges and multiple queues at once (separately). For me the main one was the wrap up performance - where as now I think that one is 30 days limiting. Or daily queue metrics/queue - now you need to pull each queue monthly and then combine into a csv or put into a data lake.
ultimately there are work arounds for all the old reports and while some take a little more time they provide a much better/deeper set of data for you to analyse

Lawrence thanks for that. Is this not due to change though when Genesys remove the reporting tool in September this year ?. There is a lot of functionality in there that would be lost if that is not the case.

Hey Richard,
You just need to click on the actual date in the boxes, they will highlight blue when you do. Some reports have a max 30 day period.

I have tried to follow the instructions on the Resource Centre to change the time period to generate a report in Workspace as outlined below.

I have selected the calendar and changed the dates as below and then pressed the arrow button.

however when I press the arrow button it doesn't give me results for the time period outlined above and it is not possible to change any dates in the bottom of the calendar. Is there a way to ensure that the dates I select are represented in the results ?.
