I have a client who asked to configure a different outgoing trunk for some types of phones that can be dialed, for example:
If you dial +5588XXXXXXXX - outbound via route "A"
If you dial +5577XXXXXXXX - outbound via route "B"

Is there any configuration I can do in Genesys?

    Hi Vinicius,

You'd do this via a number plan. Assuming you had two ranges as noted above, you could create a number plan for each using a reg ex match, and either use an existing call classification for the trunk you want to use or create a new one specific to the range that could be used by an outbound route.

An example might look like the below snips. More info here.
