How to Continue play the Barge while talking or other background noice

    Hello, Team.
    Is it feasible to paly the barge till the mentioned word clears, then route to the queue? This means that even with background noise, the barge will play until the prompt is completely played.

    If you want the message to play and not allow barge in?

    Untick the enable barge-in option

    If you need it for just a part of a sequence, you can use expression editor to use AudioPlaybackOptions function
