    Hello, everyone.

    I would like to share a quick tutorial to create an Education account and access the free content available at the Education portal.

    1. Access the Education Portal at https://education.genesys.com

    2. Log in (if you arealdy have an Education account) or create a new account by clicking the "Sign Up" button
    3. Once logged in, click your profile picture, then "My Dashboard"
    4. Search for the "FREE Genesys Cloud & AI Learning"
    5. If the "Start Learning" button doesn't appear, you can try the following link: https://learn.genesys.com/pages/293/beyond-core-dashboard

    6. Now you can enjoy a selection of free courses organized in two categories: Genesys Cloud Fundamentals and AI Fundamentals
