Questions

• Could you tell us how to delete an Ideas Lab account?
• Is it possible to delete an account through an action performed by someone other than the user whose account is to be deleted?

Background

Due to an internal departmental transfer, we would like to remove a specific user's account from Ideas Lab. Ideally, we would like to delete the account in a way that requires as little work by the user in question as possible.

If this is not something that should be posted in this community, we apologize for the trouble, but we would appreciate it if you could let us know the appropriate contact point.

Hello Yurie,

You would need to contact customercare@genesys.com for account access changes and they should be able to confirm if this is possible and who can approve the changes.
