Hi everyone,
I'm working with the Genesys Cloud WhatsApp integration and would like to know if there's a way to detect when a customer is typing (a "typing" indicator event) during an active messaging conversation.
I've checked the Conversations API and the Notifications API (v2.notifications), but I haven't found any event or flag that indicates when the customer is typing before sending the actual message.
Is there any existing API event, webhook, or workaround to capture the "customer typing" state for WhatsApp messages in Genesys Cloud? Or is this functionality simply not supported at this time?
