    Is there an API in Genesys Cloud that allows us to determine whether the phone status associated with the logged-in user is set to "persistent connection"?

    Hello,

    No, as mentioned in the blog "Clarifying call control support to answer a call or to make a call using Platform API": Unfortunately, at this time, there is no Platform API endpoint which allows retrieving the status of a persistent connection for a given phone.
